Giorgio Beato Presidente A.I.MAN.
L’Ing. Giorgio Beato è il nuovo Presidente A.I.MAN., Associazione Italiana Manutenzione. Beato, classe 1978, è Head of Engineering South Europe and Service Italy di SKF. Laureato al Politecnico di Torino in Ingegneria Meccanica e in ingegneria della logistica e della produzione, è in SKF dal 2004. Negli anni ha sviluppato numerose esperienze di Ingegneria di Manutenzione lavorando con clienti appartenenti ai principali segmenti industriali (food & beverage, metallo, carta, chimico, petrolchimico, navale), è inoltre docente di corsi di formazione sia per SKF sia per il Competence Center (CIM4.0) dove è il referente per il modulo di manutenzione predittiva. Relatore a molteplici convegni inerenti ai temi della manutenzione 4.0 e a quelli sulla trasformazione digitale della manutenzione.

The Eng. Giorgio Beato is the new President of A.I.MAN., the Italian Maintenance Association. M. Beato, born in 1978, is Head of Engineering South Europe and Service Italy at SKF. Graduated from the Polytechnic of Turin in Mechanical Engineering and in logistics and production engineering, he has been with SKF since 2004. Over the years he has developed numerous experiences in Maintenance Engineering working with customers belonging to the main industrial segments (food & beverage, metal, paper, chemical, petrochemical, naval), he is also a teacher of training courses both for SKF and for the Competence Center (CIM4.0) where he is the contact person for the predictive maintenance module. Speaker at multiple conferences relating to the topics of maintenance 4.0 and those on the digital transformation of maintenance.

4ª Edizione dell' “A.I.MAN. MAINTENANCE AWARDS”
Anche quest’anno l’A.I.MAN. - Associazione Italiana Manutenzione ha istituito Premi professionali di merito, con il supporto della Fondazione Salvetti. L’obiettivo è quello di riconoscere risultati di eccellenza conseguiti dalle Figure di Manutenzione identificate dalla Norma UNI 15628:2014: Manager, Ingegnere-Supervisore. Inoltre, è stato introdotto un premio dedicato ad una professionista che si stia distinguendo in ambito manutentivo.
I Premiati saranno tre: Un/a Manager · Un/a Ingegnere/Supervisore · Una Professionista: “SHE A.I.MAN.”
I premi sono destinati ad individui che attestino il conseguimento di progetti innovativi e prestazioni di eccellenza, grazie all’introduzione di nuove soluzioni per quanto riguarda la gestione, l’organizzazione, la tecnica e/o le tecnologie della manutenzione nelle aziende in cui si sono trovati ad operare nella propria vita professionale. Oltre che a premiare il miglior Manager dell’anno, lo scopo è di coinvolgere più persone possibili, anche non al top della carriera, per spronarli ad una continua evoluzione e visibilità professionale.

4th Edition of the “A.I.MAN. MAINTENANCE AWARDS”
Also this year the A.I.MAN. - The Italian Maintenance Association - has established Professional Merit Awards, with the support of the Salvetti Foundation. The goal is to recognize excellent results achieved by the Maintenance Figures identified by the UNI 15628:2014 Standard: Manager, Engineer-Supervisor. Furthermore, a prize dedicated to a professional who is distinguishing herself in the maintenance field has been introduced.
The winners will be three: · A Manager · An Engineer/Supervisor · A woman Professional: “SHE A.I.MAN.”
The awards are intended for individuals who certify the achievement of innovative projects and excellent performance, thanks to the introduction of new solutions regarding maintenance management, organisation, techniques and/or technologies in the companies in which they have found to operate in their professional life. In addition to rewarding the best Manager of the year, the aim is to involve as many people as possible, even those not at the top of their careers, to encourage them to continue evolving and professional visibility.

A.I.MAN. – Premiazioni 2023 – Barilla (Parma)
Come segnalato nella Sezione Notizie/News di questo sito, l’Associazione Italiana della Manutenzione si confronta con i suoi membri a contatto con grandi realtà industriali. Il 4 maggio di quest’anno ecco l’Opening Day della stagione a Parma, in casa Barilla, per una Conferenza magistrale: “La Manutenzione in Italia con visione Europea”. Ricca l’agenda degli interventi e prezioso il contributo dei relatori, tra i quali Paolo Barilla.
Per quanto riguarda le premiazioni di merito di quest’anno, in conclusione del meeting Cristian Son (A.I.MAN.) e Stefano Salvetti (Fondazione Salvetti, come sponsor) lanciano gli Awards dell’anno 2023: Manager Award, Ingegnere Supervisor Award, Manutenzione in Rosa. Infine Cristian Son, in qualità di Direttore Generale, annuncia l’organizzazione in Italia di EuroMaintenance 2024. A.I.MAN. – Awards 2023 – Barilla (Parma)
As reported in the Notizie/News Section of this site, the Italian Maintenance Association meets with its members in contact with large industrial realities. On May 4th of this year, the Opening Day of the season took place in Parma, at the Barilla house, for a masterful conference: "Maintenance in Italy with a European vision". The agenda of speeches was rich and the contribution of the speakers, including Paolo Barilla.
As for this year's merit awards, at the end of the meeting, Cristian Son (A.I.MAN.) and Stefano Salvetti (Salvetti Foundation, as sponsor) launch the Awards of the year 2023: Manager Award, Supervisor Engineer Award, Rosa Maintenance. Finally, Cristian Son, as General Manager, announces the organization of EuroMaintenance 2024 in Italy. EuroMaintenance is the Congress and Trade Show that is organized every two years by one of the federated Associations of EFNMS (European Federation of National Maintenance Societies) which has headquarters in Belgium, in Brussels. It is the only continental event of reference for maintenance with an exhibition space and a congress area. The event will have as main themes, for both areas, those represented by the AIMAN Thematic Sections: Maintenance & 4.0, Maintenance & Service, Maintenance & Distribution, Maintenance & Safety, Maintenance & Training, Maintenance & Sustainability, Maintenance & Infrastructures , Maintenance & Transportation. XXX Congresso A.I.MAN. e Premiazioni
A distanza di tre anni dall’edizione di Torino, il Congresso Nazionale A.I.MAN. è tornato in presenza per una edizione davvero speciale, la numero 30. Teatro di questo prestigioso evento è stato il Museo Nicolis, a Villafranca di Verona, dove oltre 200 professionisti della Manutenzione in Italia hanno avuto modo di ascoltare dei contributi di altissimo spessore.
Al termine dei lavori l’attesissima Cerimonia di Premiazione dell’Italian Maintenance Manager Award, supportato dalla Fondazione Salvetti: per la prima volta sono stati ben 3 i premiati. Dopo l’analisi di un numero record di candidature e alla presenza dei migliori candidati, Gioacchino Mugnieco, Maintenance & Warehouse Manager di Sonatrach Italia, e Antonino Sannolo, Responsabile Divisione Ingegneria Elettromeccanica di CVA, sono risultati vincitori a pari merito.  Inoltre, per la prima volta è stato nominato un Italian Maintenance Manager Under 40: Antonio Lotito, Manutenzione Impianti Corato di Casillo Group, è risultato il vincitore di questo prestigioso riconoscimento. Una Menzione Speciale, voluta dal Comitato di Presidenza A.I.MAN., è stata assegnata a Marzia Mastino, Reliability Pool Site Manager di Sarlux. XXX A.I.MAN. Congress and Awards Ceremony
Three years after the Turin edition, the A.I.MAN. was back in attendance for a truly special edition, number 30. The venue for this prestigious event was the Museo Nicolis, in Villafranca di Verona, where over 200 maintenance professionals in Italy had the opportunity to listen to contributions of the highest quality.
At the end of the works, the long-awaited Awards Ceremony of the Italian Maintenance Manager Award, supported by the Salvetti Foundation: for the first time there were 3 winners. After analyzing a record number of applications and in the presence of the best candidates, Gioacchino Mugnieco, Maintenance & Warehouse Manager of Sonatrach Italia, and Antonino Sannolo, Head of the Electromechanical Engineering Division of CVA, were joint winners. Furthermore, for the first time an Italian Maintenance Manager Under 40 was appointed: Antonio Lotito, Corato Plant Maintenance of Casillo Group, was the winner of this prestigious award. A Special Mention, desired by the AIMAN Presidential Committee, was assigned to Marzia Mastino, Sarlux Reliability Pool Site Manager. Benemeriti al Meeting d’Apertura A.I.MAN.
Presso il Museo Storico Alfa Romeo “La Macchina del tempo”, tornano gli eventi in presenza di A.I.MAN.: questa giornata è stata anche l’apertura ufficiale de Il Mese della Manutenzione – Maggio 2022. Bruno Sasso, Presidente A.I.MAN. ha aperto il meeting che presentava il calendario delle attività di A.I.MAN. e l’Assemblea dei Soci. In questo contesto sono state illustrate, a cura di Cristian Son (Responsabile Marketing & Relazioni Esterne) le sezioni tematiche dell’Associazione e le fasi de Il Mese della Manutenzione. Infine sono state consegnate targhe a Soci benemeriti, tra cui Stefano Salvetti (in foto), Presidente della Fondazione Salvetti, e Franco Santini, Socio della Fondazione Salvetti. Ambedue sono stati in passato Presidenti A.I.MAN. e EFNMS.

Meritorious members at Opening Day A.I.MAN.
At the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum "La Macchina del tempo", events are back in the presence of A.I.MAN.: this day was also the official opening of Maintenance Month - May 2022. Bruno Sasso, President of A.I.MAN. opened the meeting that presented the calendar of A.I.MAN's activities. and the Shareholders' Meeting. In this context, the thematic sections of the Association and the phases of The Month of Maintenance were illustrated by Cristian Son, Marketing & External Relations Manager. Finally, some plaques were delivered to meritorious members, including Stefano Salvetti (pictured), President of the Salvetti Foundation, and Franco Santini, Member of the Salvetti Foundation. AIMAN - 2° Italian Maintenance Manager Award
La Giuria ha completato le valutazioni dei candidati. Il vincitore è risultato l’Ing. Andrea Bottazzi della Società TPER di Bologna. Visto l’alto profilo, la Giuria ha deciso di conferire anche una menzione di merito all’Ing. Massimo Romairone della Hitachi Rail.
La cerimonia di premiazione è stata trasmessa in streaming in occasione del XXIX Congresso AIMAN, il 30 novembre. Anche quest’anno il Premio è stato realizzato con il contributo della Fondazione Salvetti.

The Jury has completed the evaluations of the candidates. The winner was Eng. Andrea Bottazzi of the TPER Company of Bologna. Given the high profile, the Jury decided to also award a mention of merit to Eng. Massimo Romairone of Hitachi Rail.

Italian Maintenance Manager Award

L’ing. Il Premio è destinato ad individui che possano dimostrare il conseguimento di progetti innovativi e prestazioni di eccellenza, grazie all’introduzione di nuove soluzioni per quanto riguarda la gestione, l’organizzazione, la tecnica e/o le tecnologie della manutenzione nelle aziende in cui si sono trovati ad operare nella propria vita professionale.

Italian Maintenance Manager Award - First edition
The Italian Maintenance Manager Award is a prize established by the A.I.MAN. - Italian Maintenance Association, with the aim of recognizing excellent results achieved in the role of Maintenance Manager, and is sponsored by the Salvetti Foundation. The Award is intended for individuals who can demonstrate the achievement of innovative projects and excellent performance, thanks to the introduction of new solutions as regards management, organization, technique and/or maintenance technologies in companies where are found to operate in their professional life.

The application for the Award can be submitted by sending the required documentation to aiman@aiman.com. The deadline for submitting applications is September 7, 2020.
The Jury of the Prize is made up of two experts from the technical community and two experts from the scientific community, with delegation for the proposal of the candidate for the Prize. The President A.I.MAN. acts as chairman of the Jury, proposing the nomination for the Final Ratification Award to the Board of Directors of the Association.
The winner will be awarded during the 4th Conference of the Italian Maintenance Observatory 4.0, scheduled for November 2020. The event will be an opportunity for a presentation by the rewarding with the aim of illustrating his vision on the strategy of maintenance and future challenges for the development of the profession. The winner will receive the Italian Maintenance Manager Award and the corresponding contribution with the support of the Salvetti Foundation to finance their participation in the next EuroMaintenance Congress 20121 (https://euromaintenance.net), scheduled in Rotterdam from 29 to 31 March. 2021 by the EFNMS (European Federation of National Maintenance Societies).
